2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on 7q77, you must be 21 years of age or older. We may request identity documents to verify your age at the time of account registration. Providing false information about your age is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

2.2 Registration Requirements

You must provide the following accurate information when registering an account:

  • Full name (as per national ID card or passport)
  • Active mobile number
  • Valid email address
  • Date of birth
  • Current address

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts under the same person's name (duplicate accounts) are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and all balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 KYC Verification

7q77 reserves the right to verify your identity and address at any time. Copies of a national ID card, passport, driving licence, or utility bill may be requested for verification. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. You will be personally responsible for all transactions and activities carried out through your account.

If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately. 7q77 is not responsible for any loss resulting from misuse of or unauthorised access to an account where such loss is caused by the user's own negligence.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited to 7q77 using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200 (two hundred taka).

  • All deposit transactions are processed through secure SSL encryption.
  • Deposited funds may only be used to play games on the platform.
  • Depositing using a third party's account or identity is strictly prohibited.
  • If any suspicious transaction is detected, 7q77 reserves the right to place it on hold pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Once a withdrawal request is successfully approved, funds will generally be delivered to your chosen method within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals will only be approved when the following conditions are met:

  • KYC verification must be completed.
  • The wagering requirements of any active bonus must be fulfilled.
  • The withdrawal method must be consistent with the deposit method.
  • There must be no active investigation or dispute on the account.
Fast Withdrawals: 7q77 generally processes withdrawals within 10 to 45 minutes. On bank holidays or in unusual circumstances, processing may take a little longer.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 7q77 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the total bonus amount. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before making a withdrawal.

5.2 Bonus Terms

  • A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
  • The wagering requirement must be met within the specified time from the date the bonus is granted; otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.
  • The maximum bet amount placed using bonus funds must remain within the set limit for each game.
  • Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the bonus conditions have been met.
  • 7q77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

7q77's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%), and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Players are promoted to higher tiers based on their activity and loyalty. Full details of VIP benefits are set out in a separate VIP policy.

6. Betting and Gameplay Rules

All games and betting activities on 7q77 are conducted on the basis of fair play. Each game has its own rules, which can be found on the game description page. The following general rules apply to all games:

  • A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled, except in the case of a technical error.
  • If any technical issue arises in determining the outcome of a game, 7q77 will investigate the situation and take appropriate action.
  • Claims for winnings displayed in an incorrect amount due to a technical error will not be accepted.
  • In sports betting, if a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
  • If programming or algorithmic manipulation is detected in any game, the associated account will be permanently closed.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7q77 platform:

  • Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
  • Providing false or misleading information when creating or managing an account.
  • Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
  • Colluding or arranging with other players to defraud the system.
  • Hacking the platform's software, sending viruses, or using any unauthorised automated tools (bots).
  • Operating an account in the name of or on behalf of a minor.
  • Harassing, insulting, or threatening another user.
Warning: Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure, the balance may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by 7q77

7q77 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Any provision of these Terms is violated.
  • Information provided is found to be false or misleading.
  • There is a failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
  • The account remains inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months or more).
  • By order of a legal or regulatory authority.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any balance that has not met the conditions of an active bonus will be forfeited upon account closure; however, any remaining balance from actual deposits will be returned.
